Any cancellation or withdrawal of services must be submitted in writing by email to jaimee@campbellcanineco.com seven (7) days before the commencement of the Service. Cancellations within seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the Service are non-refundable.

1:1 coaching session + walk & trains

If you fail to attend a 1:1 coaching session at the booked time and place, you may be charged an administration fee of $50 to reschedule and have your session cancelled at campbell canine co’s discretion 

If you wish to reschedule, you must provide at least seven (7) days' notice.
